Celtic Journey with the Saints

The material in this book is the basis for the Celtic Christian Service presented at Magothy United Methodist Church in Pasadena, Maryland. It contains everything you need if you are interested in putting on a similar event — even a sample press release! It celebrates St. Joan of Arc, St. Patrick, St. Teresa de Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Augustine of Hippo, and St. Francis. There are words for congregational singing, a sample program, and a service guide with bardic readings. The music is presented in lead sheet format with chords. These tunes have been given lyrics based on ancient prayers of the saints. There is some lovely Celtic artwork throughout the book, and a list of suggested further reading. Revised April 2007.
